Our Story
It all started out with a love in connecting with customers, passion in blending creativity and analytics, and dedication in contributing to a company’s bottom-line. In the year 2000, during the tech bubble, a UC Berkeley college graduate landed a job at Move.com, a San Francisco based real estate Internet start-up, with the responsibility in managing multi-million-dollar marketing budget to drive traffic to its various website properties. With digital marketing in its infancy, the job provided an opportunity to learn and to demonstrate from soups to nuts all aspects of online advertising. While the job was meant to be short term to gain experience to apply for business school, instead it became a launching pad for a career as a marketer and entrepreneur. The job provided a way to truly make an impact, as marketing was pivotal to the company’s business strategy and model. It also cultivated a mindset that continuous optimization and improvement is important to a company. This mindset later served as an inspiration that there is a way to continue to do what one loves while balancing personal lifestyle. It has become the beacon in the journey of becoming a consultant, and establishing an agency.
